No. Our Trackers come with a built in pre-configured SIM card which utilizes our cutting edge Secure GPS Tracking use our own cutting Intelligent Multiple Network Switching Sim technology which means they can connect to all the major Mobile Networks such as Telstra, Vodafone and Optus and automatically switch to the best signal without you having to do anything.

There are very few other companies that have access to this kind of groundbreaking technology.

Other Sim Cards will not work in our devices as they are pre-configured prior to delivery.

Yes! Both our Tracking Platform and Mobile App are our own and we are in control of them giving you peace of mind.

The only additional fee is the data plan which is required so that the Tracker can relay it GPS location coordinates across our Intelligent Multiple Network Sim Card. Data Plans range between $9.00 - $12.00 per month (paid annually)

A geo-fence is a virtual boundary you can setup around the perimeter you wish to protect and once the Tracker leaves this boundary you will be notified by Push Notification via the Phone App.

You might have the Tracker in your caravan that is located at your home. Setup a geo-fence around your home and if the Tracker leaves the geo-fence, you will be notified by a Push Notification via the Mobile App
